Myth #1: Eating Carrots Will Improve Your Vision
Fact: Carrots have a nice source of Vitamin A, a nutrient essential for the general health of your eye (also skin, hair and immune system). But while it is important to eat sources of Vitamin A, eating more won’t actually help you see any better. Other sources of Vitamin A rich food are such as milk, cheese, lettuce, and peas. Having a well balanced, nutrient rich diet on the whole is essentially more important to maintain a healthy vision.
